DISCO - Downs Industry Schools Co-Op
DISCO is a specialist, not-for-profit, youth agency operating across South West Queensland with two offices based in Toowoomba and an office in Dalby. Founded in 1997, DISCO is focused on providing a range of support services, programs, counselling and career guidance to regional and remote young people aged 13-24 to assist their transition through school or from school into further education, training or employment.

Toowoomba Flexi School (Flexi), an annex of Centenary Heights High School, is a responsive learning environment providing relevant educational opportunities and breaking the cycle of disengagement. The program is designed to increase the number of educationally 'at risk' students completing the Senior Phase of Learning with a clear and sustained transition pathway. The key quality outcome is engaging and working with youth through intensive case management to overcome disadvantage and overcome poverty.

PCYC (Police Citizens Youth Centre)
Recreation, Fitness and Activities and school aged care.
They provide before and after school care, as well as vacation care for school aged children.
"Braking the Cycle" program. This is for young people aged 16-25 who need assistance gaining the 100 log book hours in order to get their license, but lack the availability of a registered vehicle or licensed driver to teach them.
Markets take place on Sundays.

YouthConnect are dedicated to supporting young people in our community and delivering programs and events to engage our youth. These events are usually free and involve relevant activities like skateboarding, craft, music, movie nights and pool parties.

United Synergies Toowoomba(Youth at Risk Initiative)
A youth support program that assist young people aged 12-18 in a holistic, case managed framework working closely with other agencies to provide personalised, effective services to disadvantage and at-risk youth. They can assist with young people who are at risk for disconnecting with family and/or community; at risk of disengagement from school, training or work; at risk of harm, or self harm; homelessness or at risk of homelessness. They run a number of groups for anger management, teen mothers, emergency relief, parenting programs for parents of teens, short term accommodation (Gateway House)

Lifeline - SCASP (Supporting Children after Separation Program)
Supporting Children after Separation Program will assist children from separating and separated families to deal with issues arising from the breakdown in their parents' relationship and to be able to participate in decisions that impact on them. It will also support children within the context of their family to manage and enhance their relationship during and after family separation.
